History and introduction

Since the year 2007-08, Al-Hadi Academy is one of the fastest growing educational institutions in Karachi, Pakistan. With currently at least 928 students enrolled in various grades from Montessori to Senior (Grade 9) section, more than half of the students are females. H.O.P.E. Foundation Canada helps in providing scholarships and / or financial assistance to the deserving students so that they could continue  their educational growth without interruption and financial obstacles. As of 2014, H.O.P.E. is supporting at least 154 deserving students at Al-Hadi.

Al-Hadi Academy follows the following education systems:

1- Montessori: Al-Hadi Academy follows Maria Montessori teaching methodology , tools and techniques for the students of junior classes which comprises of 3 year education (Jr1 – age : 2.5 – 3.6 years, Jr2 – age : 3.6 – 4.6 years, Jr3- age 4.6 – 5.6 years).

2- Board of secondary education Karachi: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) is a Pakistani national curriculum and covers a period of two years (class IX & X).

3-Cambridge International Examination: Students can also opt for O levels from class VIII after securing at least 70% marks in class VII.

Financial assistance / scholarships

The school offers a comprehensive system of need-based scholarships from the very first year in the school to accommodate deserving and needy students. Scholarship covers financial needs of students by providing support in monthly tuition fees, school uniform and course books. In some cases, admission fee and security deposit is also waived or reduced.
